Crazy day!

Wow, what a crazy day. I went into London all by myself today! It was great! I got up at like 10, showered and headed off to Surbiton to catch the train. On the way (its about a 15 minute walk) I got starbucks, it might have been the most delicious "soya" Latte I've had in a while! It was so cool, because they ask you if you want it "take away" or if you're staying, and if you're staying they give it to you in a cute ceramic mug instead of a paper cup! That was yummy. I thought of something new I'm going to add to my blog everyday.. a list. Of things that I miss in the U.S. and/or things i'm going to have to get used to not having in the UK. So here goes :

The list of things that I miss in the U.S.
and/or what i'm going to have to get used to not having in the UK:
  1. self check-out lines in the supermarket
  2. public toilets that you can flush with your foot
  3. having a car
  4. predictable weather
  5. iced coffee (they don't make it really well)
  6. people understanding what I'm saying
  7. the 1 dollar bill/ lightweight change
  8. not having sore feet
That seems like enough bitching for one day, right? Things that I do not miss: not being able to buy alcohol! Yipee! Anyway, I went to the surbiton train station and caught the Waterloo train, once I got in, i took the tube to Green Park, then changed to go to Knightsbridge. That is the street that Harrods is on.. so you can only GUESS what I did today! It was so unbelievable. Harrods is unreal. It's like a palace full of designer clothes. I bought little things for the fam and explored for a few hours. It was unreal. I am so tired that I cant even write. I pooped myself out today-- let me make a note of that.

I also went to Harvey Nichols, I need to talk about that, it was unbelievable. Poop. i'm tired. zzzzzz
